He pulled in the gate at 10:15 this morning and drove me around while I filled feeders. Jumped in the blind at 2:30 and had this buck down by 4:45. He text me and said “ I loaded my gun” I knew something exciting stepped out. I think he loaded his rifle once two years ago and once last year to shoot a coyote. I heard the boom, thump and drove over. I’m happy for him, and glad I was there to take care of it for him. The shot looks bad but he was quartering away pretty hard and it took out the top of the heart, the buck made it 40 yards
