          What Twztid said. A tbone was one of the first things I cooked on mine. Start with some butter then saute some onions and mushrooms with a little worshteshire, liquid smoke and Ragin' Blaze. When the onions are soft and almost clear, push them to the side and put your steaks on then push the mushrooms and onions around the steaks. Pile the onions and mushrooms on your steak after the first flip. Turns out awesome.

          They were a lot closer to medium then I like my steak but they were still juicy and flavorful.
