It's Time To Make This Porch Bigger, And Add Some FIRE!

It only took about 37 pounds of saw dust to get to this point, and I'm re-thinking my wood working career....

It will eventually be attached to the top of an old galvanized water trough for a base, the top will over-hang 10" all the way around. Still trying to decide what finish to put on it.

We have more than a metric butt load of that heart pine, so I'm gonna use it to make some doors to go under the grill in the outdoor kitchen when the time comes. I think I'm gonna build a door for a trash can to go under the counter as well......just when I thought I was getting out of the wood working business.!

          Onward...

Them stainless doors and drawers are high dollar

You can see where the fireplace will go centered between the columns, it will be all stone. From the sides of the fireplace there will be 2 24" high knee walls that run out to each edge and around the columns. From the top of those 24" stone walls, there will be brick wrapping the columns to the ceiling.
