Never had a spool gun. I had an arc stabilizer for my Bobcat 225. Bet the spool gun is pretty slick. Looks slick anyway. Great build!

What alloy for the sheet and what wire alloy? I have a Miller 211 with two spool guns I am interested in giving a trial run.

A sheet of .090 ain't cheap about 350.00 if I remember right.

Way off on price. This is everything needed plus have one stick of square left and a half sheet of aluminum. Per boat. This is three 4x8 sheets of 5052 and five- 24 foot sticks of one inch 11 ga square tubing.

Wow I was way off so you guys are well in budget.

Hull is done except for deck. Prop is supposed to be in tomorrow and we'll start the engine stand, fan shroud and seat.
