Found a Floor Safe

UPDATE: Screw cutting into the top. That has sucked. I decided to remove the concrete and take the entire thing out. About an inch down from the top rim is a 2" wide lip. Its slow but I am about half way around. Hopefully its just a lip and the entire safe isn't that big with footers sticking out another couple inches at the bottom.

The safe body should be just a straight tube, having about a 2-4 inch greater radius than the safe head itself.
