My little sister was called home this afternoon. She fought a long hard battle with addiction that she couldn’t beat. She was in organ failure for a good while and fought like a warrior! She new what was coming and took it like a champ owing everything and blaming no one. The hospice nurse said she’d never seen anything like it. That was my sister. A fighter! She was prepared and ready to go see dad, granny, and spend eternity with God. When I was woken up this morning with loud thunder and rain, the first thought to cross my mind was God’s making arrangements for my sister. He is preparing her place in his kingdom! Sure enough, she went home about 4:30 pm, today. Their is a celebration in Heaven tonight boys cause my little sister just went home. I miss her so bad. It hurts knowing I won’t see her in this world again. It’s hard telling your sister you love her knowing it’s the last words you’ll speak to her but such a blessing to be given the chance. Some never get that opportunity to say that final goodbye. So I’m blessed. Love your Sis!!!
