    mini meatloafs

    mini meatloafs
I just ground up a big porkchop &a strip steak in my grandmother's old chopper,
that i built a support for to fit in the drawer
it works Great, and the grind is a little more coarse than my electric grinder, which I really like
it's also about 5'mins faster on clean-up than the electric
about 1/3 onion chopped, 1-egg, some milk, Panko & Italian bread crumbs, garlic & misc. seasoning
moulded in a small bowl & wrapped with thin cheap bacon
    most excellent

I just sat out 2lbs of ground deer to do smoked meatloaf tomorrow. May have to try the “mini” route. Looks awesome.

The bacon didn't get as crisp as much I wanted, but tasty and will try again. How did you cook? Did mine on grill.
