        Everything is in place and ready.
        Was planning on smoking a bunch of sausage this weekend but have postponed another week because of the weather forcast.

          That's really slick! Would it be worth doing some throw away bacon in there just to make some "greasy smoke" to coat the inside?

          Mostly I just want to see it go.

                  Forgive my ignorance but why the propane and stove on opposite sides? I get one is for smoke is the other used strictly for heat or is it a smoke generator also with cast iron pan full of wood chips? I’d love to build one but have to ask before I jump in.

                    Look at post 63.
                    The stove provides smoke and heat while the burner just makes heat.
                    This past weekend I smoked a brisket in there. I smoked it for 7 hours at 225° then let the wood burn out and finished the last 3 hours with the brisket wrapped in foil and used the burner at 250°
