I did not anticipate/question if there was going to be any shrinkage/issues when my Taxi told me he was going to have them freeze dried. I'm not going to sweat it, it still looks awesome, I will say this.... I have eaten a lot of Elk, Mule Deer, and White Tail meat, and this one is by far been the best tasting.
