Eh... I wouldn’t put the blame solely on Congress. His healthcare plan wasn’t all the different than Obama, sans the individual mandate, which would bankrupt it eventually. Every Ponzi scheme requires “new blood”, no better way to guarantee that than the Government cajoling everyone to participate. In fact that is THE ONLY way it will work. The problem, though, is the penalty/tax is 10 times cheaper than the insurance. So, still, no one is buying it.
