Octagon ground blind 2

In the quest of getting wife on an archery deer and keeping my aging dad from ladder stands....Im building another octagon blind. This time with metal and fire!!

Framed bottom in 2x1 and the rest in 1" tubing.




Son helping with a little fitting to make sure we get windows good. It will get 10x16 swinging windows.



Ran out of steel and had a birthday party to attend. Grabbed 2 more sticks of tubing on the way home and should finish out tommarow then skin and paint

Ran out of material again right as the rain came. Just 6 feet short to finish the door. Good thing my supply is just 1.5 miles away.

Working a double tonight and again Wednesday. Maybe tuesday after work and then a trip to lows for siding.

Made A trip to Lowe's today after work. Bill got a little cheaper when I scored 2 sheets of mangled ply wood for the floor and a 5 dollar gallon of oops paint

Skinned and windows cut out. Gonna cut junior loose with the paint brush inside shortly

Framed one window that I'm not sure I'll need till we set it. If so I'll cut it out in the woods
