Ok. My boy helped me post a video on YouTube. Hope this gives you guys a better ideal of size and actions.

          About 1/16” long. Very active.

Not termites. I am wondering if some kind of a pin or hook worm.

Dog will be going to vet to check for such also.

Look like silverfish to me as well. Did the bed have a paper product filling?

Don't know what they are, but they are NOT silverfish.

I haven't watched the video but it doesn't quite look like pinworms. They're pretty thin, not fat like those appear to be. Could be wrong.

                      they look like silverfish larvae.
looks like y'all need to clean a bit more frequently too.
they are not worms... worms don't have legs.

Thats where I pulled the carpet back to see if there were any under. They were only located where the dog bed was and right on the bassboard. Carpet may be full of them, cant see between the fibers. In that picture, you can tell that is standard 3/4"x3/4" corner mold at the bottom of the base board trim..... then look at how small these things are. Estimate less then 1/16" of an inch.

I don't think that they are silverfish larva because I see no antenna. I am thinking carpet beetle larva due to some pix that I googled. Nothing else looks close.

Use Cyonara. Works great on all type of bugs. I spray my trees and around by foundation, windows and doors with it.
