I'm not that far away. I can show you a few things with mig gun and stick welder.

Funny thing is I absolutely hate welding. Been welding for dads shop since I was 12 and I'm 44 now. . I only do big projects like this because I'm a cheap bastar* and refuse to pay the money for something I know I can build for a fraction of the cost.

Got door cut out and most of it ground and cleaned up. Time to get racks, dampener plate and stack built. Might actually have it ready to cook on this weekend.
