I didn’t want to break out the big grill tonight so I pulled out my insta BBQ grill. I watched a documentary on BBQ a few weeks ago and saw these being very popular in Sweden. I went on the hunt and found them at Home Depot. They at pretty sweet for a quick cook.

We have had three young bucks so far. One was borderline for the 13” rule. He was a penciled horn 3.5 yo (4 on side, 2 on the Other) and Karla really wanted him. She’s in kill mode but I couldn’t make the call if he was legal or not.

Just had an 8 that is right at 13” too. I was trying to make the call and then the second feeder spin of the morning ran him off. Karla is not happy with me right now. [emoji1]

Well that’s a wrap for this trip. I’m bummed I didn’t get the wife on a deer but she was a trooper for her first hunting trip. I’ll be back out here mid-week with a buddy from out of state. The weather looks awesome for that trip.
