My brothers Dodge did the same thing but it was still under warranty. Apparently it's a pretty common issue with the Dodge's.

Call Sirius XM and have them reset it. It is their radio and NOT Dodges.

I've been through 2 I think on my 2012 and 2 dashes. Have the maxcare warranty so was $100 to replace. Dodge and electrical is always a problem. Get the Maxcare if you get a Dodge.

I disconnected both batteries and touched neg to positive to completely ground truck out let sit 10 min. Maybe I should try the 30 min?

I learned that 30 minute trick resetting the def sensors that were threatening to shut me down 500 miles from home on a Saturday night.

There is a way the dealer can do a hard reset on it.

Sadly, every person I know who owns a Ram truck suffers with electrical problems.

I have had no electrical problems at all with my 2016 Ram. 71,000 miles on it.

Give it time. I didn't think so either when my windshield wipers would go on and dash lights wouldn't work and headlights where on only when it was below 32 degrees. Once it warmed up it fixed itself. Kinda funny to watch at the lease with it warming up and the wipers going. I knew when it was warm though

Ditto. My 2012 has 120k with no electrical issues.
