I shot him in 03-04 season. It was an average rainfall that year. We tend to have better horn years on average rainfall then really wet years.

Oops. Had my years wrong. The first year down there for us was the year all the tank dams blew out.

Had a rain cell hit is just perfect. Close to 2" in the gauge when we left. Got to the Briscoe headquarters off 2688
And it looked like it had barley rained.

Webb County 18 miles north of Laredo.

Catarina I border John Webbs place 3 miles west towards brundage and just south of that

We ended up with 4 inches between Eagle Pass and La Pryor

Another 4 inches south Karnes and 2.5 inches north live oak.
