Nashville music is just like anything else in the entertainment industry, an act. "Country music" isn't just isolated to the rural fan base anymore. The labels and producers made it pop so it would reach a larger fan base and it worked. More of his fans are probably liberal city dwellers than rural farmers.
Probably wouldn't matter anyways. Garth Brooks is worshiped for some reason and he is one of the weirdest morons in the entertainment industry with views way out of line with his fan base.Comment
