Mushroom Stuffed Cajun Roasted Teal on Asparagus**Pics & How To**

I know this is an older thread but I finally got to try it today and wanted to say, OMG, it was INCREDIBLE. It was so juicy and there was no strong or gamey flavor at all.
In addition to the mushrooms I stuffed the cavity with some Stove Top stuffing (turkey) and it really absorbed the juices and marinade wonderfully. Plus having the asparagus essentially roasted in duck fat was a bonus.
So for anyone that says they don’t like duck I would highly encourage you to try this.
