Retired cop shot a man in a movie theater in an argument.

I dont think there is enough evidence from what has been presented to hold up in court. The guy says he felt his life was endanger and he reacted accordingly. The state will have to prove otherwise.

The other jacked up cases I follow are Michael Slager, who I believe got a mistrial for a second time this week
