    Looking for Peach Recipes

I am looking for all your favorite peach recipes. I have a whole bunch of fresh peaches and want to try some new recipes.

My Mom makes a hot peach salsa. I don't recommend it. I take the jars when she gives them to me and tell her we love it and then usually throw it away a year or so later when she gives me more. [emoji846]

Peel them and save the peelings. Then slice them up put a lil Fruit Fresh on them and freeze them in quart bags. They will last several years like this. Then take the peelings add a lil water to them and boil them down. then strain the juice from them and can it for later uses like peach tea, or peach flavored ice cream, or peach jelly.

Slice and freeze sure ain't no crime to have peach cobbler 2-3 or 15-20 times a year, shoot I'm pretty sure there's a law somewhere that says everyone should have peach cobbler for a meal at least once a year.
