I may have to find a different spot to hunt depending how much rain Karnes County gets.

It blew through pretty quick, looking clear back to the north. I was just west of Falls city and I bet we got less than an inch.

Had around an inch in Nixon, so this weekend's hunt should be fine. I'm headed south Friday!

Was actually just talking with some friends about this yesterday- green. Haven’t ever seen a really big bird with the purple/bronze, most were in that 7-9” beard range.

PoPo got one off the roost at about 8am. Came into the decoys but wouldn’t fully commit. He body shot him about 25 yards
