Thoughts on the shimano curado K

The K is hands down better than Lewis and concept 13. In my opinion.

Couldn’t have said it better. New curado’s are not the old one’s BUT much better than anything the other 2 make.

Yep. The 13 concepts are junk. The new shimanos are definitely a winner.

I just ordered a Shimano Curado 200 HGK for my oldest. $179 everywhere in store. Found brand new on Ebay for $144 and it came in 2 days. It was delivered today.

I got one of the Curado K series a few months back and really like it so far. Very smooth and can toss it a mile. If you go with that one, go online to GrabAGun.com bc they're doing a sale for $135.

My next one will be a Lews Inshore but in reality they are probably all made by the same company to some extent. Would not surprise me..
A lot of the internals look almost exact in the different brands..

Concept C, would be my choice.

I absolutely love my reel, it’s a pleasure to fish with it.

I've had my curado 200 for over ten years of salt. That's offshore kayak, jetties, all of it. No problems. I don't know about the new ones but I buy the old ones not taken care of and rebuild. I like the feel of the higher profile. Put ceramic bocas in and run with it.
