            Thanks for the recipe. I changed it little but had to using 2# of venison shank instead of the beef ribs. I used 8 cups of beef stock and 8 cups of water to create the broth and a Tablespoon of Julios seasoning. The rest was pretty much to the recipe. Will do it again!
