Photographers are visual storytellers, capturing striking images and fleeting moments in time. And a good photographer knows just how to get the perfect shot, realizing how it will look even before the shutter snaps.

Kenneth Raymond is a professional photographer specializing in wedding photography, mixing creativity and classically modern styles. You'll be amazed at the images and colors that we manage to stop in time.

Experience: Got my first Sony camera at 15! I’m now 34, with 7 Sony Cameras, 3 GoPros, and a Drone. It’s all added up over the past 19 years and I’ve never let go of anything. It’s always been fun... and I don’t plan on that ever changing. I do a lot of free work for people!

Advice: Always carry a camera. It’s usually the most random situations I find myself in when I get the best shots! Also, always always always take more photos than you need, and from several different angles!

So I know I’m wayyyyy behind the curve on social media but we started a Facebook and Instagram Page for all our Outdoor Lifestyle Photography work! Follow the Wife and I for daily Outdoor Photos from Hunting, Ranching, and Landscape... if you like photography and love the outdoors, you’ll enjoy our page

Editing software: Primarily Lightroom with the occasional bit of Photoshop thrown in there

Experience: Got my first DSLR around 2007 or 2008. Casually took photos for a few years, and then went off the deep end a couple of years ago, and started seriously taking photos and getting technical with my work to improve my shots. After several gear upgrades and LOTS of Youtube to learn new techniques, I'm starting to become a little more happy with my results.

Advice: Good light can make an "okay" scene amazing, and bad light can make an amazing scene boring.

This year the goal is to add the Sony 100-400mm and replace the a6000 with another a7iii

Then everything should be solid for a good while

I don't see a drop in the price of the a7III since it is barely coming up on its 1 year birthday. Sony has been in a 2 year release cycle but it appears with the firmware upgrade coming to the a9, a7III and a7RIII soon, that may be changing. These FW upgrades are going to be significant and will likely keep a new release from happening in these lines for a bit longer than normal. They have the a6400 coming next month but everyone is really waiting on the a7000 (if that is what they name it) which they are calling the mini a9. That is the one that will be worth a hard look.
