    taco Soup

Tryed this new recipe out yesterday. I did it in the crock pot and used small cubed venision instead of hamburger..Also 2 cans of extra hot rol tel and two larege fresh jalepnos sliced up. It's got some zing. Didn't have any dry ranch dressing so I put 8 oz of ranch salad dressing instead.. Sure tasted good.. plus as i made a crock pot batch i was able to freeze several portions for the future... Steven

              3 Bean Taco Soup

              2 lbs ground meat
              1 onion
              1 can pinto beans (rinsed)
              1 can black beans (rinsed)
1 can red kidney beans (rinsed)
              1 can corn (drained)
              1 pkg taco seasoning mix
              1 pkg ranch sesoning mix
2 cans roasted garlic and onion diced tomatoes
1 can water (use diced tomato can)

              Make the same as AP's.
I make the same for my girls. Instead of taco meat I break up a roasted chicken. Put in everything but the rotel and let it stew. Take out a small tupperware bowl and set aside for the kids, then put the rotel in for my wife and I. Put fritos in the bottom of the bowl and then top with lots of cheese. Good Stuff!!!

Made some last night. Topped it with cheddar cheese and La Vaquita sour cream...it was killer!
