    Here you go, Steven.

2 sleeves unsalted top saltine crackers(premium brand works the best)
1 package dry ranch dressing mix(not dip)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
1 tbl cracked red pepper(more or less depending on how hot you want them)
    1/4 cup canola oil

Mix oil along with dry ingredients throughly and pour over crackers, stir every 5-10 mins until all oil is absorbed by crackers
Serve with redfish ceviche and lots of beer

My in-laws make pretty much the same thing. They are good, but I am not a ranch dressing man.

Anyone else make them another way without the ranch dressing seasoning???

Ma Bradley calls them cowboy crackers, but they're always good no matter what!

                        Thanks,

Yes this is just a seasoning for the crackers, the oil makes the everyting stick to the crackers.

We made these for first time during the holidays. Such a hit, she made them for our second holiday party as well. Having them tonight again for a dinner party!

Good stuff and thanks for posting up!
