When 6 to 8 slices of crispy bacon is the first main ingredient then you know you are on to something GOOD!

Had to slightly modify the recipe.
Here are my modifications
- 10 slices thick bacon. Thinly diced and slow cooked till all fat rendered
- 5 Jalapenos & 1 Poblano pepper, burned over grill
- 1 cup chopped raw shrimp
Wow, is all I can say. Don't think I'll be making poppers anytime soon.. After tasting first batch I knew this dip would need a name. The Popper Stopper is what came to mind. Made popper stopper twice over the weekend!
