Left Overs

Anyone else think that many many meals are better as left-overs? We had chicken and dumplings last night, and I had a "small" bowl for lunch---lip-smacking good.
What's your favorite left-over?

I feel like there are some dishes that are definitely better a day later. Lasagna and chili are a couple that come to mind.

Lasagna and basically any pasta my wife or mom make, no shame.

I love some pinto beans the next day. Also some soup or stew.

Chili or my wifes homemade sloppy joe's. They always seem better on day two.

Gumbo for sure. I knew a Cajun fella growing up. His mom would cook a gumbo the day before just to let it sit overnight.
