I started with this as a base. My boys like 'em sweet so I added a bit more brown sugar, molasses, dark cane syrup, honey, and a bit of ground ginger (that was my wife's secret). That's the only thing on the pit so I started them at 250 for an hour then 325 for an hour. I got a late start and we're hungry! I've got some smoked venison sausage to go with it. ****... Did I say I was hungry?!
