I used a sawzall with a 6in thick metal blade for the majority of the cutting because it was easy to control but l had to get started using an angle grinder.

I think the tank weighs in the 1100-1200 lb range but thats just a guess from some online reading. When I went to pick the tank up the guy had a smaller tractor and couldn't pick it up. So he had to lift one end up to the trailer then push from behind.

Bought some flat bar and hope to get that on the doors and tank this weekend.

Started a small fire in the tank to get rid of the mercaptan smell.

A little late now, but you can cut the doors part ways then add the hinges and flat strap before finishing the cuts, takes away the task of gettin them set back right as you weld in the hinges. That looks great though!

Ya, guy at the metal shop told me that after the fact too, ya live and ya learn I guess. Next build I will definitely add the hinges and strap b4 cutting the doors all the way. Thanks for the advise, any more is greatly welcomed as this is a first build for me.

You could always run a cremation business on the side.
