My all time favorite meal. Still got a restaurant that makes an enchilada dinner for $7.25. My coworkers used to tease me all the time about my love of enchiladas, i would eat them to fix an upset stomach.

I would love that recipe for enchilada sauce measures also if anyone got it. My wife's enchiladas are not that good, i tease her that next time around i am marrying a mexican girl. I would probably weigh 400 lbs if she made good enchiladas.
