South Texas low fence lease

We may have a spot or two open for one of the top LF ranches in Texas. This ranch has produced many bucks between 160 to over 200 inches on a regular basis and is located in the number one Boone and Crockett county in Texas.

It is a turn key lease - all stands, feeders, etc. are in place. Ranch owners do all labor by filling all protein, corn, and cottonseed feeders. They also maintain all stands, roads, etc.

There is NO OILFIELD traffic or cattle during season. Bow hunting allowed. Guest are allowed. This is a very well managed ranch with a common sense set of rules that we abide by - it is not inexpensive - 5 figures.
