Need CPA and Business Lawyer Magnolia, Navasota, Tomball, Conroe area

Anybody have recommendations for a CPA and business lawyer? Nothing complicated, just time to get some of the paperwork off my plate and change from SP to LLC.

I am in the Plantersville area, hoping for someone within around 30mi if I can.

Contact your local chamber of commerce. You can also contact the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs. They will give you a list of CPAs in your area.

Another idea if you don't find anyone local. With most accounting being electronic, you don't have to have to use a CPA that is close to you. Same with attorney. I live in Houston and my CPA is in Austin and my business attorney is in Huntsville. I've only met with the CPA once and the attorney once in the last 10 years.
