About 4 inches wide. 7.5" tall. I have rebar in the sides, rebar in the existing concrete below, rebar in the pour and the anchor bolts are epoxied down to the original foundation. Pour with 5000psi concrete.

I was thinking either ripping each stud on an angle

Hard to tell but each treated 2x4 it's ripped at an angle. Worked out pretty good. Now it's time to do the rest

Need to get back to get working on this. All the sheetrock is up.

Next is some shiplap and insulating the ceiling.

Very good question... you would expect me to be done by now!

Everything is insulated, sheetrocked. Got the wife taping and floating now(im winning in life!).

Still need to raise the floor but that might be a little while
