        I am going to get one also but have no idea which one to get. There was a thread on here within about a year that had good in formation as I recall.

                    I’ll do some more research and asking around, because I thought the same. It made sense to me, but I thought there was also an inertia trigggwr too. But he showed me several sensors, not the keep you from hitting stuff sensors.

                          ****! This is a good reminder to wear my seat belt all the time..All my trucks have had a big arse bumper up front(for deer)Everytime I've been told the bags may not go off if in a car wreck..Which I'm pretty cool with.Those things freak me out.

                                Thank God she was ok. Very fortunate.
                                On the other hand the problem with heavy duty bumpers is that they don't allow the airbags to deploy and also make for an even harder 'hit' or impact since the vehicle can not give or conform to the object. That being said I have one on my truck. Definitely had some one looking over her shoulder.
