I would like to add something to that Myles Brennan pic... i know Joe cast a huge shadow, but In a new age where kids don’t compete and look for the easiest out. This kid has buckled up the straps and worked he’s got plenty of talent, and clearly not scared to grind! He has my utmost respect for showing up every day and competing

Could've said the same thing about the Horns after the Sugar Bowl win over UGA. Bowl games aren't indicators of next season success, at all. Returning starters/age is typically the best indicator on defense.

Yeah, except you completely missed the point.

The change in style of play and schemes with the new coaching staff is what I meant. No more constant 3 man fronts and delayed CB blitzes from 12 yards off the LOS.

Texas returns a ton hence the high FPI ranking.
