I looked into a couple of out of state hunts but nothing yet. Considered making the call to go back after Alberta MD one more time. What I am primed about is being able to hunt the rut on my place for the first time since I bought it 5 yrs ago. If, I don't kill during October like I have 2 of the last 3 yrs. I have no idea what moves in or how they move during the rut.

2nd season - Colorado is an Oct hunt...lowers your odds of killing on your place in Oct.

......Sometimes. Assuming it doesn't come out looking cross eyed or surprised,which most do. Cat mounts look good....in someone else's house. I love killin them but they're better off being skinned out and sold.

I kind of went against the grain I guess . The very first critter I killed with my bow was a bobcat that I saw a couple hundred yards away and called into 20 yards. I didn't realize I had accomplished anything special when I did it.

If you get the right Taxi cats can look good, IMO
