New Year Workout Accountability 2018

    A good day today. Legs and back 5X10 supersets with the last set being strip sets.

    Hack squat/calf raises/wide grip rows/incline leg raises
    Weighted ring pullups/bilateral leg extensions/ab roller
    Plank rows/goblet squats/hanging leg raises

    I'm feeling good today! #rockinthedadbodworld

      Well I stepped up the program now- have a bet with a guy that works for me. I would guess we are close in BF%. We will go get officially measured in August. Winner gets to photoshop losers face on whatever calander for 2019 to hang in office. Looser has to cooperate and pose for said photoshop. I worked arms for 55 minutes and calves for 16. Taking a 5 hour break and will go do 90 minutes of sustained elevated heart rate. Bad part is he is 12 years younger than I do I really gotta pay attention

        45 min steady state cardio on treadmill and abs. Back is still tweaked from sleeping wrong the other day.

          Got in a solid chest workout yesterday.
          Incline Bench working up to 95%, superset with cable pull downs
          Flat bench working up to 95%, superset with superman cable pulls
          Incline dumbell bench
          Incline dumbell flies, superset with weighted dips
          Flat dumbell bench, superset with reverse cable pulls and then single arm cable pull downs
          Burnout with cable flies (3 sets)

            Have you tried getting a realignment from the chiro?

              Not yet, it’s a lat strain because I slept on my side with my arm elevated above my head.

                Shoulders, traps and abs today. Great workout and the elbow is doing better. Decided to do a bench press at the end. Knocked out a set of 205lbs. I havent hit that number since my 20s. My goal has been to be able to do a set at 225lb so Im getting there slowly but surely.

                    I have a Chiro that I use. He's a last resort. He does help relieve some discomfort but I find that a good deep tissue massage last longer for me.

                          15 jackknifes per leg.
                          ISO reverse crunches to failure.
                          Scissor kick V ups to failure.
                          20 windshield wipers.
                          Run as a circuit twice.

                            Well today sucked.

                            No working out in the AM because of the power outage so woke up early for nothing. Had my interview I was pumped for moved to next week. Tried to work out again at the apt gym to at least do something and the door was jammed and the key fob remote was broke. Caved and had Whataburger.

                            Temptation got the best of me today.

                            Back to the grind tomorrow in the AM.
