Tore my bicep tendon last September ...distal tear

Bought a xbow and pulled it back with one arm. Bought a kids parker xbow.

Prepare for 3 months of not lifting or using it for strenuous exercise. It's been a year and my arm is basically back to normal. But it sucks how much muscle you lose. Hoping for a fast recovery. Good luck bud

U guys that decide not to have surgery are only hurting ur selves... get an mri and get it fixed right... surgery now days is out pt and extremely successful. I see bicep tears every day not something u let "heal itself "bc it can't extend back to the insertion into the forearm. Yea u may heal up but u likely won't have full range of motion or strength.

Tore the tendon off the bone on mine
Get the surgery!! But make sure to do your physical therapy
I have limited movement with that arm cause I only went once
