Well 108 days out here in Dow, I've been running catalyst pours for the majority of that.
Sitting in a crane instead of working in front of it is looking more and more inviting everyday... had one guy say you don't get as many hours. Guess he didn't realize with the family land and hunting season THAT'S the idea! Can't figure these 7/12'ers out y'all.

Sitting here at DeZavala terminal this morning and saw a historic marker down by the ship channel. One of the plant guys unlocked the gate going to it and let me go look it over. Figured it had something to do with the Battle of San Jacinto, turns out it was the house of Texas Vice President Lorenzo De Zavala and was used as a hospital for those wounded during the battle.

Nephew made the Fair's front page for summer series, him and Rudy will be at it again tonite I think
Only up side of 7/12's I'm stocked and ready for fence replacing when they finally cut me loose. Everybody's dreading it and I'm counting down days to get my projects done. Best estimate I'm hoping to replace 4,600' of line fence this summer with net wire

Still learning the ropes as a supervisor in the child abuse unit. We are drowning here....a new CPS referral comes in every 6 minutes on average. Sad situation.
On the positive side.....meeting TBH'er Airehead (Ron) in centerville in the morning to get a new mini-split AC in the cabin. Haven't been up there in 3 weeks so I'm itching to go.Comment

Love this little dude like he's my own. Little over one when he helped me track my first bowkill, took him on his first noodling trip last weekend and boy was he excited to drive the boat! I work out of town so every time I come in him and "Uncle Jake" go on an adventure.
