    Wild turkey

Anyone have a good recipe for half of a wild turkey breast. Pulled it out of the freezer this morning and now I'm torn on what to do with it. Sliced and fried is not an option.

Grilled is good with bacon and fresh rosemary. Slicing into fajitas is good as well.

The best way I've had it is fried...but I've also seared in a hot skillet on both 3-4 minutes then add an inch of chicken stock and finish in 400 Dr given for 20 min

Soup. I've made some just like chicken noodle soup only with turkey breast.

Great suggestions guys thank you. I just seasoned it and basted with Italian dressing. Kinda ran out of time today. Will experiment with these other recipes next time. Thank y'all

sometimes wild turkey (any game) will have a gamey taste. make sure to marinate in cola and whatever spices you like in the frig for 8 hours. it will remove the gamey taste (from all meat) and then you can use whatever recipe you like.

What is the best "non-fried" way to cook Wild Turkey?

A non-fried recipe for WILD TURKEY has been highly recommended. I have not cooked using this recipe but did try it and it was excellent. The recipe can be found at: http://www.smoker-cooking.com/turkeybrinerecipes.html
