How did it work.. Did you put it thru a food processor to make those zote flakes smaller.

This stuff rocks! My wife likes it and it i lasting a long time. I put the Zote flakes in the food processor to turn them into a powder. I use the 2 cup formula and I have a tone of the products to make more if needed. I am thinking we will get 4x the use out of this for the price of a commercial bottle.

My wife is making the dry detergent. She adds Fabric softner beads for scent. It works great.

tried making both wet and dry versions about a month ago. I liked the dry version. much easier and faster to make, especially if you use food processor. my wife likes the wet version better. she cant stand the smell of the zote soap. says it reminds her of cleaning products like ajax, mr clean or something i guess.

both have worked very well. i havent seen any stains left behind by either

My parents and my wife all thought i was nuts trying this one last year. we've all been using it since. I would recommend using the Fels Naptha brand soap over the Zote brand. It has a citrus smell that my wife likes alot better than the chemical smell Zote has. The bars can be found online, or we found them local at Ace Hardware.
