Very good to excellent dove hunting, last yr was a fluke w the hurricane stuff.
Geese and waterfowl. Geese will hit my feild and fly by, ducks will use the tank

There are spring turkey

The deer are not huge huge, they will get up around 140.
I supply the corn and protein

1 bigger box blind 1 turtle blind there is also a pop up.

4 wheeler to use. Picnic table, gas grill, fire pit. Etc
Brand new cabin purchased in Sept 17. Can prob sleep 6 when finished out.
No trades, non negotiable.. you can bring a guest or two during dove, but only you and I will shoot deer.
This is not a kill 5 deer lease, I have small kids 2, 6, 12.
I don't mind if your kids want to shoot a doe off your tag.
