What's your Trad arrow Setup?

Since we are so close to hunting season I wanted to start a thread asking what everyone's arrow setups for this fall are. I am slowly working my way into the Traditional world and I have figured out how much more drastically arrow weight and spine comes into play for tuning over a compound. I will not be hunting with the recurve this season, but just am curious how everyone's arrows have played out.

Right now I am pulling 45lb right at about 28". Got some gold tip traditionals in 400 spine the other day. Currently they are uncut so 32" with 125g field tip and just the regular insert. I have the gold tip insert weight system and a test kit for field points coming in next week so I am going to see if I can add some weight up front in order to cut them down some.

Both my Primaltech long bow and my Tall Tines recurve at 55@28. About 51lbs or so at my 26.75" draw length.
My Black Eagle Vintage arrows are 400s cut to 30.5". I'm running 150 grains up front on them with the standard aluminum inserts. Three, four inch, left helical feathers.

Current setup is Easton Axis FMJ (5mm), 29”, 3-4” parabolic feathers, 75gr brass insert, and 150gr point/broadhead.

Total arrow weight is 506gr, with a 20.7%FOC.
