Thanks yall. I've killed plenty of doe and little bucks with a rifle and more than a few pigs with both. But I just never could kill a deer with the stick and string. I bout had a heart attack when I picked him out of the grass. I gave him a mouth grunt to stop him and make sure he was outside 13" since i hadn't seen him head on yet. As soon as he turn I knew and let it fly.

This is on a place with no fence and no protein. This guy was on a trail that bypasses any feeder. The only teeth left in his mouth were right up front.

I'm still blown away by this guy!
