Question has anyone leased and stayed a ranch by themselves? I will be this year and curious if anyone has any experience or things i should think about to pack or modify to make things easier. I will be moding a swing arm with winch to help load things in the truck any tips would be appreciated [emoji1303]

Everything looked green! We don’t depend on water out of the tanks regardless but I hope to get them full to shoot a few duck limits when the pup gets restless in the deer blinds.

Cant help with your packing list but the bar at El Gato is open 24/7 from Thanksgiving till February. Always good folks hanging around happy to watch the video of the day or help in any way. Its a good neighborhood.

I'm seriously looking into finding a place in Mexico for next year. Who can lead me in the right direction on finding a place and educate me on all the do's and don't? Would be great to find someone else from the DFW area to travel with also.

Humberto Gomez is the best outfitter to reach out to in trying to find a ranch, and can walk you through any questions you may have as well.

I prefer a spot on a lease since I’ll be new to Mexico hunting but that’s not a deal breaker if the right place comes along.
