brazosboy is the one who has the best info and makes the decisions. I can tell you that it's a beautiful ranch and even though I'm an owner of a couple hundred acres out near Abilene I'm staying on here for the hunting and the other hunters. It's a great place to see deer, have deer for your kids to shoot and just get away. Far enough off the beaten track your gear is safe.

I am going on my fifth season on this ranch. Like Todd said, some guys shoot very few bucks. We choose to pass on quite a few deer. I have only taken four bucks on this property and one of those my Daughter arrowed. The buck I shot this year was 6 1/2 or older. Fun and relaxing place.

This will be my second year on this place and it's a really nice place with a good group of hunters. I didn't get started until Thanksgiving and was only limited to a few weekends to hunt because of work but I did have plenty of chances to kill my culls if I really wanted to.
I'm not sure if it was mentioned or not but this is archery only for deer.
