      Wife and I were inspired by your thread! Got up this morning and canned 8 jars with a little left over for immediate consumption. Very good. We definitely need to get a good food processor instead of using the blender.

                                Those are easy.
                                I cheat and use the Mrs.Wages kosher dill pickle mix.
                                I do add a sliced pepper or two and a couple of garlic cloves to the pickles.

                                I use the same mix on the peppers as well.
