The secret is to keep them tasteful and not over powering every room in the house. I give my wife most of the upstairs for art and decorations, and I have two trophy rooms downstairs in 1500 sq. ft. for all my stuff. I also grit my teeth and smile when all the grandkids want to decorate them for Holidays!!!

Add one full mount Rio Grande gobbler with a 10.5" beard and 1.7" spurs - full strut to my list.

Everything but the mule deer are archery kills, excluding the fish stuff.

Mixed with the mounts, I have a couple dozen custom offshore, inshore rods/reels and fly rods on display. All my work with the custom sticks.

My mount collection is displayed in two homes. One in Boerne and the other in Kerrville.

Yes that is a big part. I am in the process of building a trophy room in my new shop. We will be building a new house next yr and I am putting a small trophy room in it. I will just rotate them from the shop room to the house.
