Brian’s is the only one I’ve heard of so far. Winds picked up today and we haven’t heard much gobbling. We are still at it!

Hang in there!!! Don't call much, do more listening. Might try a crow call.

When we checked out last n night you were it. We never could find any birds. Left this morning.

Tall grass and the bird weren't talking much where we went. Saw a ton on the pig hunt. We did have pigs in bow range a couple times, wish we colds shot them. Saw two cotton mouths, which is never fun.

I was finally able to get a gobbler on the ground on Sunday morning up there. When I checked out around 10am yesterday, there were 4 birds total logged including mine (2 gobblers and 2 jakes).

I'm a few miles south of there and we've seen 1 hen last year on our property and another 1 this year but that's it.

Congrats and thanks for the update

Seems the turkeys are like the deer, concentrated around the refuge

I probably heard 8 gobbling before light Friday, figured there would be a higher success rate
